Logged in members have a secondary menu for members only content, a members area with custom announcements based on their role, and the most pressing member news right on their dashboard, and nobody sees what they shouldn’t.
Custom Calendar
Events in one place
The club has a busy calendar of recurring classes, private rentals, and other events, and needed consistency across multiple platforms.
The Featured Events & Annoucements section is populated by via a query for tagged posts.
Custom post templates with custom fields
Publishing without fear
Reusable templates mean a volunteer can post an article at 11pm and not take the site down.
Custonization options were careted using Advanced Custom Fields Pro and Elementor Pro.
On the article post templates editors have the option to choose which articles to show in the related fields of the post. They also have the ability to choose the CTA they would like to appear with the article.
Voodoo has been a Colorado Springs leather lifestyle club since 2013. Education, community, a safe place to learn things most people won’t teach you. Volunteer-run the whole way. That’s not a weakness, but it does mean nobody was ever given a system built for the way the place actually operates. They have one now.
