Websites That Invite People Into Your Story
I build WordPress websites for indie creators who want their work to be taken seriously without losing the heart of their craft.
The right website doesn’t just sit online. It works for you, helping new readers, listeners, clients, and fans discover who you are and why you matter.
I design websites that combine clear storytelling, smart SEO, and polished design, so your work reaches more people and feels trustworthy from the very first click. Because when your site looks professional, it gives your audience the confidence to connect, book, and buy.

Decades of
Digital Firepower
With over two decades of web design and marketing experience, I’ve built everything from high-traffic corporate websites for Fortune 100 brands to donation-driving sites for non-profits.
I’m passionate about translating that big brand experience into branding and websites for independent creators, authors, speakers, and entertainers in ways that make it easier for new readers, listeners, and fans to find you, trust you, and say yes.

Work Product
A complete digital overhaul with rebuilt post and event loops, custom fields for related posts and CTAs, cleaner role-based content, and tools that make it easy for staff and volunteers to place calls to action where they need them. The site is now stable, secure, and manageable.
The I’m Suanne site uses a product-style item page for Sims 4 content. Custom fields direct to off-site downloads, the template allows for quick updates, and tagging that automatically surfaces items in the right collections and lists.
I guided Bayou City Performing Arts, the nonprofit managing the Gay Men's Chorus of Houston and the Bayou Women's Chorus, through a top-to-bottom refresh: new logo mark, website, social presence, and performance advertising.
Lahluts came to me needing a brand identity for their reseller business that expressed the founder’s personality, felt modern and a little edgy, but still approachable for their target audience.
Six logo styles, from fun and funky to crisp and minimal: Hot House Variety (burlesque at Richmond’s Gallery5), the Construction Cafe podcast, Lulutz Vintage & Thrift, Bayou City Performing Arts, Games, Hobbies & More, and Xploo Marketing. A mix of playful character marks and clean, typographic systems.
To refresh Social Notes, an events group keeping Houston’s lesbian community informed about LGBTQIA+ activities, I delivered a new logo and branding package, a modern website, and an engaging email template that lifted click through rates by 25 percent, plus a social media presence that extended reach for the community.
Three examples of UX strategy in action. These wireframes were created to solve specific layout and content challenges, helping each brand present information in a clearer, more intuitive way.
I have experience defining content flow for well known brands across the web.
While you’ll see that some of these pages have moved beyond the initial UX design, the bones of the UX are still working to support the content.
A hands-on UX project focused on content visibility for Gen Z and textured-hair audiences using real-time research and behavioral insights.
I like to think outside the screen.
For this major hair-care client, I was tasked with creating an engaging content hub to replace the existing website. The brand was looking to do something fun and out of the ordinary that would appeal to Gen Z.
I defined a content hierarchy and interactions tailored to their target Gen-Z audience using data on consumer interests, combined with a list of desired keywords and long-tail phrases focused on specific hair-care concerns.
The resulting content design provides opportunities for playful interactions, using keywords and phrases to guide Users to what’s important to them, while providing educational content upfront, with improved PDPs that capture Users through product-specific search while increasing engagement of the WTB tool.
For this concierge proposal service, I planned a bespoke site filled with warm, hand-selected photography to set the mood. I included SEO-friendly copy to bring visitors to the site, where they found a simple menu and a direct path to their dream proposal.
