For Podcasters, Speakers, & YouTubers
Your voice deserves a real stage.
A home base for your show and your talks, episodes in one place, a press-ready speaker kit, easy booking, and an email list you own. Not a rented feed that can vanish overnight.
A link tree isn’t enough anymore. Listeners want a trusted hub, sponsors expect professionalism, and search engines reward well-structured sites.
Apps and feeds are rented. A home base is the audience you actually own.
Why your own site matters
Directories bury you, algorithms change, and platforms shut down. Your own site keeps every episode, every talk, and collects every email address in one place you control, so a booker, a listener, or a journalist can find exactly what they need in one link.
One link for everything
Episodes, talks, bio, and booking in a single place, no more scattered links across ten platforms.
Get booked & quoted
A polished speaker kit and press page make it easy for organizers and media to say yes.
Grow your list
Turn one-time listeners into subscribers you can reach directly no algorithm in the middle.

Free consult
We talk about your show or talks, your audience, and the look and feel that fits your voice.
Deposit + Intake & Content Workbook
You complete the Intake & Content Workbook: bio, talk topics, RSS feed, testimonials, headshots, and links. The project can’t begin until that’s in. This one step keeps the proejct on time. Then I’ll provide you with a full Scope of Work and the invoice for the first piece of the project (usually 50%). This keeps your build accurate and on time.

What hosts & speakers always ask.
Questions, answered
What if I'm just starting my podcast?
Perfect timing! Having your site ready before launch makes your podcast launch smoother. We can build a “Coming Soon” site now and update it when you’re ready to publish.
What pages are included?
Home, About, Episodes/Show Archive, Guest Information, FAQ, Contact, as well as all the necessary “legal” pages
Can you pull my episodes in automatically?
Home, About, Episodes/Show Archive, Guest Information, FAQ, Contact, as well as all the necessary “legal” pages
Can I add more pages or features?
Yes! With there are a few plugins that can import your podcast RSS feed to the site, so new episodes appear automatically with an on-site player, show notes, and subscribe buttons for Apple, Spotify, and the rest. The solution will depend on your publishing setup and may require a plugin subscription.
You keep publishing the way you already do.
Can you help me set up my newsletter?
Yes! We can integrate Mailchimp, ConvertKit, or another email provider as part of your site setup.
Substack or Patreon setup can be arranged as an add-on.
Will I be able to update the site myself?
Yes. Every site comes with an hour of training at launch, and then a second hour scheduled within the first 30 days.
You’ll also have site documentation that will walk you through the most common updates you’ll need to make.
Who owns the site and my domain name?
You do. If you need a domain and hosting when we start the project, I’ll help you choose and setup your hosting and domain.
Can people book me right from the site?
Yes. Booking and inquiry forms are standard, and I can connect a scheduling tool (like Calendly) so organizers can grab a time or send details without the back-and-forth.
Can I book guests or line up guest spots on other shows?
Yes, that’s the Guest & Booking Hub add-on. You get a guest application form to fill your own episodes and a shareable pitch page (bio, topics, past appearances) to land spots on other people’s shows. Great for podcasters, YouTubers, and speakers who grow through collabs.
I'm on Wix now, can you move my content to WordPress?
Absolutely, I can. Since Wix can’t export a site, while I’m building your new WordPress site I migrate your content by hand. When I’m done you’ll have a site you can move to any hosting company in the future, this allows you to best control your costs.
